Salcombe in Devon has been named the UK's most expensive seaside town, with house prices averaging £672,874.
The stunning resort town, where TV's Mary Berry recently listed her holiday home as up for sale for £800,000, is famed for its mild weather, West Country character and excellent local cuisine.
