Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield has hit the headlines this week for his incredible Tweets and photographs shot during his five-month stint on board the International Space Station.
The 53-year-old station commander has posted over 1,500 tweets and images showing some of the most remote and most populated corners of the globe and his account,
@Cmdr_Hadfield, has gained hundreds of thousands of followers.
The
BBC reported that he even received a tweet from Bowie when he posted his rendition of Bowie's song
Space Oddity on
youtube.
